| Description: | Volunteers will distribute fluids, fruit and gel to runners from various water stations. You must be assertive, but remain out of the runner's path. Assistance will also be needed for set up, clean up and break down. There are nine water stations located on the course and several will need volunteers to work them. (Other stations will not due to the fact that they will have group/business sponsors.) At this time, we do not know which stations will need assistance. We will place volunteers at stations two weeks before the event. Time shifts will also vary depending on the location of the station. If you sign up for this job, please let me know if you have any time requests before I begin placing volunteers. I will contact you when you are placed at a station. |
