| Description: | You will work under the direction of the City Hall Events Coordinator. Volunteers must be physically able to set up tables, chairs, canopies, banners and rope dividers. Volunteers will also assist in checking the event site to ensure everything is ready for the days activities and also respond on a moments notice for assistance when needed. The ability to stay on task, be flexible in what you are asked to assist with and have a positive attitude are required. Volunteer training will be held in February and you will notified about date, time and place. There will be a Volunteer Pep Rally and meeting on March 18th 2pm-4:30pm at Temecula Civic Center Community Room. Volunteers will meet each other and all the teams and hear all about the event. We are also extending a huge thank you to all the volunteers and the Breakfast with the Stars will be a Volunteer Appreciation morning. You will be able to meet most of the Reality Stars there as you might not have done so during the event. You will have a ticket at Will Call, Sunday April 15th at Temeku Hills Country Club from 8am -10am. We are also updating our remote training module so that volunteers from a distance do not have to drive down for training. In addition it will act as a refresher for those who do attend the training. Thank you for volunteering your help for Reality Rally in Temecula Valley . April 13-15 2012. You will be making a huge contribution in time in order to make this an amazing repeat success raising funds for Michelle's Place We couldn't put on an event of this magnitude and fun without you.
