| Description: | This volunteer will take on the responsibility of organizing Volunteers to be at any Pre-Event Promotions that Reality Rally will set up. You will work closely with Gillian. Emails must be sent out to all Pre-Event booth volunteers any time a new promotion is set up. Volunteers must be contacted with all the information and the event confirmed a few days before the event. This volunteer will take the table, canopy and promtional materials to the event and set up the booth and take it down at the end. These resposibilities can be assigned to another volunteer for that event if necessary. We will have a Volunteer Training and you will be notified about date, time and place via email. There will be a Volunteer Pep Rally on Saturday, March 2nd, from 10am to 3pm at the Temecula Civic Center in Old Town Temecula. Volunteers will meet each other and hear all about the event. As a huge thank you to all the volunteers for their time, effort and support, we our inviting you to the Breakfast with the Stars to take place on Sunday, April 7th, from 9am to 11am. You will be able to meet most of the Reality Stars there as you might not have done so during the event. You will have a ticket at Will Call,Sunday April 7th, at Pala Mesa Golf Resort off Interstate 15. We are also updating our remote training module so that volunteers from a distance do not have to drive down for training. In addition it will act as a refresher for those who do attend the training. Thank you for volunteering your help for Reality Rally in Temecula Valley . April 5-7, 2013. You will be making a huge contribution in time in order to make this an amazing repeat success raising funds for Michelle's Place. We couldn't put on an event of this magnitude and fun without you. Our Stars in 2012 couldn't stop raving about our totally amazing Volunteer force. Thank you all. Volunteers, like you, are the backbone of Reality Rally.
