| Description: | The Back of the Pack Pace Team will consist of 3 groups. The PACERS will be the individuals responsible for setting the minute per mile pace. The MOTIVATORS will be the individuals encouraging and motivating participants to keep pace. This group will be responsible for cheering on the participants, trying to keep them ahead of the pacers. The third group, the SUPPORTERS, will be the individuals on the SAG responsible for getting people on the SAG Wagon when they fall behind the pacers. Individuals who cannot keep up the pace will be told to get onto the SAG Wagon. Their bib number will be written down by a Staff Member on the SAG Wagon. |
