| Description: | This aid station has 2 shifts (8:30am - 12:30pm and 12:00pm - 5:15pm). Please indicate which shift(s) you would like in the comment box. Volunteers will arrive at location and set up the aid station (prepare water, sports drink, slice fruit, etc). Volunteers will hand off supplies to runners as they pass through the aid station. Volunteers will be mostly in the sun, get a bit wet and have a ton of fun! |
