I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive, release, discharge, covenant not to sue, indemnify and hold harmless the Portland Sea Dogs, The City of Portland, Paradigm Windows, Maine Running Company, New Balance, Maine Track Club, the Road Runners Club of America, and all other sponsors, their representatives, and successors from and against all actions, suits, liabilities, claims, demands, costs (including legal fees and expenses) or damages arising out of my participation as a volunteer in the Portland Sea Dogs Mother's Day 5K. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks (physical and otherwise) involved in volunteering for the event and I voluntarily assume these risks. I further attest and certify that I am physically capable of performing the tasks required for the volunteer job(s) I have selected.
