Waiver of Liability: By my signature below, I acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers associated with volunteering at the Salt Lake City Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K, & Bike Tour, and therefore, I hold the marathon, sponsors, UDOT, and its agents harmless from all claims for injuries, damage or loss which may result from my, or my child(ren), volunteering on behalf of the marathon. Authorization for use of Photogenic Likeness: I agree to allow the Salt Lake City Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K, & Bike Tour committee to take and utilize photos, slides and video images of me or my child(ren) for the purpose of promotion and publicizing the Salt Lake City Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K, & Bike Tour.
