Accident Waiver and Release of Liability: Including permission for the undersigned to participate in the Gran Fondo Giro d'Italia and related events, including volunteering for all events. I, the undersigned for myself, my successors, heirs, executors, and administrators, agree that prior to participating I will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if I believe any of them are unsafe, I will immediately advise the supervisory person at the facility. I acknowledge that I fully understand that I will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury or death, including economic losses which might result not only from my injuries, including medical or hospital bills, permanent or partial disability or death, but also damages and theft to my property. I hereby waive, release and discharge all entities involved in the event from any and all liability for these risks and actions of any kind which may occur during or traveling to/from this event. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless all entities involved in this event from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of any of my actions during this event. I hereby certify that I have read this document, understand its content, and I agree.

If volunteer is under 18 on the day of the event, it is assumed that a parent or guardian has read this document of the volunteer, understood its content, and has agreed to its terms.
